- Build and manage a consistent pipeline to move up commission tiers.
- Strong communication and networking skills; comfortable talking to business owners and parents.
- Sales, fundraising, or customer-facing experience is helpful but not required.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — you’re comfortable owning your results.
- Confident using social media and basic digital tools to drive awareness and leads.
