Phase 1 · XPI SitePulse Core

An unrecorded problem becomes a controlled work order

No app to install, no maintenance system to learn. The tag opens a secure shell; management keeps full control of assignment, cost, and closure.

📟
01 · TAP

Scan the asset tag

The tag holds only a random opaque token — no address, no asset ID. The server resolves it and opens the report shell.

🎙️
02 · REPORT

Speak or type the issue

Up to 60 seconds of voice or a quick note, plus photos. AI drafts a structured summary the reporter confirms.

🛡️
03 · PROTECT

Safety rules fire first

Gas, smoke, live wiring, and flooding trigger fixed emergency instructions — never generated by the model.

04 · RESOLVE

Manager routes & closes

Assign to staff or an approved vendor, collect proof-of-work, and approve closure. Every step is audited.

Live · shares data with the phone demo above

Manager Console

File a report on the phone and watch it land here instantly. Route it, track it, and approve closure — with a full audit trail on every ticket.

Phase 2 · XPI SitePulse Dispatch

Controlled vendor automation — never unauthorized work or spend

A deterministic policy engine decides whether a ticket queues, needs approval, or auto-dispatches within a signed standing authorization. The AI's severity candidate can never override it. Each vendor has a category, hours, acknowledgment SLA, and a not-to-exceed spend limit.

Auto-dispatch — routine ticket within a standing authorization & not-to-exceed cap
Manager approval — HIGH severity, critical safety, or above the vendor's spend cap
Queue — no standing rule covers this vendor + category
The vendor's side · scoped, single-use access

Vendor Portal

A dispatched vendor gets a random, single-use link — a generic alert with no transcript, media, or child/parent data. They accept, check in with a server challenge, submit proof and a parts/labor proposal, and attest. They can never approve their own invoice or browse your facility.

Try the full loop

  1. Dispatch a ticket to a vendor in the Manager Console.
  2. Open it here — the vendor accepts within SLA, or the engine escalates to the next approved vendor.
  3. Vendor checks in, submits parts + labor and a proof photo.
  4. Back in the console, you approve the cost and closure — vendors can't self-approve.
Phase 3 · XPI SitePulse Command

One command view across every location — connected to your XPI stack

Roll up all facilities into a single dashboard, analyze operations and spend, and connect SitePulse to the XPI ecosystem through purpose-scoped events — without ever building an unrestricted identity graph or leaking data across products.

🗂️XPI Master CRM● CONNECTED
Operational views only — asset, ticket, status, SLA, cost, vendor, and trends. No parent, child, patient, or lead identity fields cross the boundary.
link · facility_ops.view · field-scoped · JIT support access audited
📝XPI FormLess● CONNECTED
Structured intake can create or enrich a ticket — but external content stays untrusted and passes the same validation and policy engine as a direct report.
event · formless.intake.submitted → ticket draft · confirmation required
📞XPI CallRescue● CONNECTED
A call event can open a ticket, preserving source and correlation ID. A call the AI labels "critical" still cannot dispatch a vendor on its own.
event · callrescue.call.tagged → ticket · source + correlation preserved
💳XPI PayGent● CONNECTED
Only the facility-approved amount and vendor identifiers are sent. No card data is stored, and an invoice is never marked paid from a client-side response.
states · proposed → approved → invoiced → paid · signed callbacks only
🛡 The boundary holds: every cross-product action requires an explicit event contract, purpose, authorization, and audit. SitePulse operational data is never used for unrelated marketing or profiling, and vendors never see parent, child, patient, payment, or lead data.
